Answer: Yes, lots are serviced with treated town of Lumsden water, power, gas and telephone.

Answer: It is a 15-minute drive into Regina. 3 miles to Deer Valley and 1/2 mile from Lumsden
3. Is there a time frame to start construction?
Answer: No, there is no set start time frame
4. Are there Architectural controls?

Answer: Sewer systems are site specific depending on lot layout, soil structure and size of house.
6. Who maintains on the access roads (ie: plow snow)?
Answer: The R.M. of Lumsden maintains all access roads.
7. Where would children go to school?
Answer: The children would be bussed into Lumsden for K-12.
8. Where does the name come from?
Answer: Minerva is what we called the area that is now named Deer Valley. The road from Deer Valley to Lumsden is still referred to as “the Minerva road”. The acreages are off the Minerva road so thus I called it Minerva Ridge.
